From the rookie years to them being a couple now. Granted when she started writing they weren’t a thing but there’s no good way to talk to him about it. What is she supposed to say?

Lucy’s shoulders tense, her eyes focused on the cutting board before her. His heart clenches for a moment and then he’s on his feet, pulling her in his arms. It seems that’s her breaking point and then she’s sobbing. Tim hasn’t seen her like this in a while. Distraught to a point where all she can do is cry.
