Namjoon spends the week swatting away affectionate gestures, convinced that accepting help or "babying" diminishes his role as the group’s reliable anchor. Whether it's refusing a ride on Taehyung's back or dodging Hoseok's attempts to brush his hair, his pride remains as tall as his stature. However, after an exhausting, high-pressure awards ceremony leaves him physically spent and emotionally frayed, his defenses finally crumble in the quiet of their shared living room. He stops fighting the pull of the "nest" on the floor, sinking into a tangle of limbs and soft kisses as he finally accepts that being loved isn't a weakness.
