It feels right. So right.
But the only thing chanting through my brain is the word wrong. This is so wrong. What would my dad say? He would kill me. Well no, he’d probably kill Frank, but imagine the betrayal. It’s so wrong. He’s my Dad’s best friend. This would ruin everything. Everything.
Wrong. Wrong. Wrong.
And yet I tilt my head up even further, watching the same battle play out in Frank’s eyes as we look at each other with pure longing. I thought he would never even think about seeing me the way I saw him and now, he’s looking down at me with heavy eyes filled want.
