In a world where James Potter doesn't forget his wand on the sofa, the Potter family are able to cause Voldemort's disappearance together, and they go on to have another child. Sirius does not rot away in Azkaban, and he and Remus are able to build a life together, both proud godparents of the Potter children.
At Hogwarts, the youngest Potter child is disturbed throughout by her brother's existence. Not so much because he's insufferable but because well, he's Harry Potter.
