    Summary

    Izuku never expected his patients to come back to him uninjured. Sure, some wave at him when they patrol the area, but no one really dropped in unless they needed immediate help.
    He isn't quite sure why this one keeps showing up with barely anything but scrapes and bruises. But he isn't complaining.

    Or;
    Aizawa gets heavily injured during patrol.
    Izuku mistakes him for one of his vigilante patients for the clinic.
