He nods distantly, gaze falling just over Bruce’s shoulder. Bruce, still holding his hand, runs a thumb over his knuckles, tender, but firm. Clark winces and his eyes drift back to Bruce’s face. “Kind of… sorry.”
“That’s alright. Do you still want it quiet? Like this?” He slips the slim black case out of his pocket and holds it up for Clark to see. They both know what’s inside.
“Yes,” Clark says brokenly. His quickest response all night. “And you. Please.”

The look in Bruce's eyes changes, shifts to something more smug as the corners of his eyes crinkle. He's smirking. Clark only has a moment to frown before Bruce grabs the underside of his jaw, fingers squishing his cheeks in enough that his lips puff out, and then turns his head, guiding him to look back in the mirror.
In a low, heated tone, Bruce whispers, "Strip for me."
Bruce installs a mirror in his bedroom. He has Clark make the most of it.
