Summary
It sounded like a heavy piece of furniture had been dropped to the ground. Worried, Wil hurried to the source of the noise. He went up the stairs and realized it had come from Mike’s bedroom but right before opening the door he heard it. The screech that would haunt him all his life, the one that he had heard and feared multiple times while he was in the Upside Down, the one he knew meant the worst was happening. His face drained of colors, his unmoving eyes widening by the second ,his eyebrows were scrunched up, his mouth agape as he felt like the door took ages to open when it only really took a second. The door was now open, the tall fleshy monster’s figure reflecting in his eyes. a single scream escaping his mouth.
