    1. Exonerated Person - about a low-level Rebel in the Capitol.

    2. Fellow Traveller - about a teenager in the Capitol who thinks herself apolitical.

    3. Minor Offender - about a Peacekeeper and military judge who wishes he didn't have to play by the rules, but does.

    4. Offender - about a Peacekeeper whose time in the force slowly brutalizes him.

    5. Major Offender - about a high-ranking propagandist who finds herself completely in over her head.
