There was a moment of silence. Coco's face, lit by the flickering light, went through a series of expressions, and her gaze darted around the room. She opened her mouth halfway, then closed it again.
"Coco?" she took a step towards the conflicted witch.
"I-I'm scared, Agott... I try not to think about it too much, and it works most of the time, but when I'm all alone..." she began, as if each word she uttered had to be carefully measured. "...Every time I close my eyes, my mind races and goes over all the awful things that have happened," she gripped the other's girl sleeve, her voice slightly beginning to broke. "What happened, what I should have done, or rather what I was incapable of achieving. And then... I also picture the future, and I can't imagine it being bright... at all."
