“How long has it been, Toshi? Eight months? I love him more and more each day”
Tendou professes as he squeezes Ushijima’s shoulders and locks eyes with Oikawa again.
Tendou loves joking around with his opponents before a volleyball match but-
“Tendou, I am so sorry.”
Ushijima simply says, and he sounds like he really means it.
Tendou is so confused. Why was Ushijima apologizing to him?
“I had no idea that the nature of our relationship was that of boyfriends and not best friends. I shall do my best to make the necessary adjustments to my behavior.”
Wait. Did Ushijima not know he was joking to Oikawa about them being boyfriends?

Isagi points a finger at him, then at Reo.

Or; Reo's appendix bursts mid shift. Nagi does the surgery, then refuses to stop worrying during the recovery, despite Reo being totally fine.

Iwaizumi laughs and leans closer to him. “No, I’m sorry. I’m dating a very drunk dork.” He says, and before that can register in Oikawa’s very drunk mind, Hanamaki pipes up.
“He’s actually dating you, Oikawa.” He says, and Tooru looks over at him slowly, frowning slightly.
"Wha?"

Makki and Mattsun get Oikawa so drunk that he doesn't recognize anyone, not even his own boyfriend. Iwaizumi decides to play along for the fun of it.
