  Summary

The reports from the German war-planners on essential supplies are looking grim, and the Third Reich is forced to turn to an old, unlikely acquaintance for help if he wants to follow through with his ambitious plans.
The easily irritated, violent, and idealistic Soviet Union is not a cooperative ally, but the Third Reich is never at a loss.

  Until, of course, he is.
