When Simon comes to Grace about feeling a rut coming on, Grace has no idea what he's talking about. He's willing to learn, of course, but the only thing he knows about alpha/omega dynamics is what he knows from wolf packs. It doesn't help that his body has been aching for the last couple days and it feels like he might be really sick. When he wakes up one morning feeling strange, Simon knows exactly what's happening.
