    Summary

There’s a number of people who have known Leon through the years. Each one of those individuals would agree on one thing: he’s gotten colder. As a rookie cop, he was full of hope. There was none of that in his current self. Rather, silent resilience and an acceptance that the world would never be his to feel safe in.

Who knew his life would be turned upside down by the newest DSO recruit; a bubbly twenty-something year old, who’s eerily similar to his former self?

Especially when their first mission together goes terribly awry.
