Summary
Marc and Nath have always been inseparable. Their relationship is disrupted by an accident that doesn't harm Nath but leaves him with fragmented memories—including those of his romance with Marc. Marc remembers it all and becomes Nath's steady anchor, while Nath is figuring out why being around Marc feels so comfortable and easy, and if they're still supposed to be "just" best friends. It's not so much a story of recovery as it is finding his way back to something he didn't know he'd lost in the first place. A story about the choices we make and the people who choose you—even when you don't know why.

Exploring the #Jabed friendship today! A short drabble to get some practice in...

PLOT:
Abed is insecure about Troy's impending return (what it could mean for their relationship etc) and Jeff reassures him. This is a phone conversation (dialogue only), taking place about 2 years after the end of season 6. Jeff is still a teacher and Abed is still in California. You can headcanon it as #Trobed if you want, but I kept it vague on purpose. This is a fic about friendship!!

Nancy took in a deep breath, reaching for Ace's arm. "Can you stay for a minute? I want to apologize for the things I said to you."
He smiled, patting her arm. "No need, I know you probably didn't mean most of them, it was the dress."
She sighed. "That's the thing, Ace, I did-I DO want those things, but it wasn't appropriate for me to speak to you that way, especially since you're already seeing someone."
He stared at her, floored. "Nancy, I don't understand, what are you saying?"The awkward conversation Nancy and Ace have after she's cured
