    In the Bunker´s library hangs a paper, which reads the rules and regulation of the Bunker. Rowena enchanted the paper so it couldn’t be destroyed and it was taped to the wall with what appears to be Celestial Tape TM. The list was created after multiple incidents and failure to comply can carry severe consequences, that range from having to do the chores all weekend to a night spend in jail to an upsie (also known as a minor case of the Apocalypse).
