Oh dear. It becomes revealed that Jack hears and sees things that aren't really there.
Will and Elizabeth try to navigate through that. But the more pressing matter is that Jack needs a bath - and they will give it to him whether he wants it or not.
Oh, and Barbossa is there too. Being a dick, yes, but a nice, caring dick.Excerpt:
“There we are! They will be washed and pressed for tomorrow morning. You’ll look absolutely dashing, Jack, mark my words”, Elizabeth says clasping her hands together in happy contentment. She walks over, taking a seat with them by the bath.
“I won’t look like a pirate no more, that’s more like it”, Jack grumbles to hide his near emotional outburst and get himself back together again, even though the voices still are whispering in his ears at times and little men hang from his locks.

Summary
The proposal for a trade and commerce alliance between Rivendell and the distant Ocean Empire comes as a surprise to the elves, especially when it's to be sealed with a marriage. Scott agrees to go along with it, because it will be good for their traditionally isolationist empire, and because he is curious about the Axolotl people of the ocean. He is already living to fulfill his duty to his empire and his people, so he's sure that he will adapt to this change soon enough.
Jimmy is quietly carrying the burden of a secret plot— one that he must prevent at all costs. In order to do that, he has to make this a perfectly acceptable and peaceful marriage, no matter how uncomfortable and lonely he is to be separated from his home and his family. Love isn't on the table for him. Until it is.
