After short deliberation, Hanzo ended up taking the pachimari plush to his room to accompany him during his own meditation. He took a moment to internally scoff at the idea that it would be any sort of distraction, but Genji did always have quite a bit of a shorter attention span than his own. Of course, that seemed to have changed quite a bit.
A lot about genji had changed. A tinge of melancholy colored his thoughts before he shook them away, stroking the toy in his hands. He had changed for the better, he insisted to himself. He had found peace with himself, and that was all hanzo could have hoped for after-
Well that was this?
Hanzo paused, looking down at the plush with mild confusion. Underneath, where each tentacle met, was a deep indent that reached deep into the toy. A hole, right on the bottom.

The chapel would have been cold that night if it wasnt lit by, what you overheard a ghoul call, a 'metric f*ck ton of candles' and the heat of a few dozen warm bodies. It was almost too warm under the heavy wool cloak pulled around your nude frame, but the stones under foot were still cool and the lack of any real clothes provided enough of a breeze to prevent sweat from temperature. Sweat from nerves, however, still beaded on your skin, glistening in the dancing flames surrounding Papa.

He had heard of this happening, to humans, mostly, and knew what it could entail. And, seeing as he couldn’t exactly go to a doctor, he racked his brain for ideas. Could he miracle this away? A cold or another human ailment, sure, no problem other than it was less than demonic to heal someone. And curses? He could break or bestow those with ease. But an illness based in magic, strong enough to affect a demon? He had no idea.
