Summary
So this was inspired by something someone had mentioned in a thread on tumblr back in probably 2016ish about Fingon and Fëanor actually being the same person. I think I posted this to my tumblr at the time but was going through my files and felt that it deserved a home here so enjoy!

"You’re so bent on turning me to the Dark. Aren’t you worried that I’ll do the same - turn you?"
A timbrous laugh, deep and intoxicatingly dark.
"You already tried. It ended with you running from me once again, like that night in the forest. I wonder, what is it you’re running from? The Dark...or your destiny at my side?"
Or: Rey knows that for Ben to come to the Light she must first fulfil his vision and let in the Dark.
