In which everything is different, except that Dean isn't a serial killer, Castiel probably isn't a serial killer, and Dean and Cas are still Dean and Cas.

Summary
The plan boils down to three basic steps:
1. Raise demon-slaying spirit (nobody tell Bobby).
2. Sic it on Yellow Eyes to save their possessed dad.
3. Cross their fingers and pray that Sam's translation was accurate, and the demon-slaying spirit will leave them alone to go kill more demons.(Spoiler alert: Number three doesn't work out so well.)

Summary
Cas puts his hand on Dean’s bladder–no, just slightly above his bladder. He presses down slightly, but mostly his touch is gentle. “Cas, what the hell are you doing?” Dean demands. He’s got a particular look on his face, almost the same look Sam gets when Dean hasn’t taken the trash out in a while. Dean was hard, but it’s quickly going away.
“Dean, you might be pregnant.”

Summary
Dean carries the guilt of forcing Castiel to leave the Bunker, of keeping secrets and covering his actions with lies. When he takes the chance to meet Castiel for a case, he hopes that being close to his boyfriend will dim the fierce ache of the guilt in his chest. However, Dean wasn’t the only one keeping secrets and instead of relief he finds Castiel carrying more than the burdens of abandonment and learning how to be human all on his own.
