Luigi stumbled upon a pair of magical earrings that allow him to turn into a woman whenever he puts them on. He's enjoying his time as Lucy when Peach gives him the mission to set up communications with a newly discovered Koopa Island. Only for him to be kidnapped and forced to be their queen.
Bowser has been over Peach for years, but finds himself interested in someone new, Princess Lucy. He was in Sarasaland to discuss peace talks, she was hanging out with her friend Daisy. Who ushered him out far too quickly after introductions. It was for the best though, as Lucy left for her home kingdom, never to return.
That is, until years later, when Bowser reaches out to the Koopa Queen of the Perseann Islands and he realizes it was the princess he met all those years ago. Does she even remember him after all these years? Does it even matter? Bowser has been writing to a new woman for a long time, who he isn't able to see, for reasons she refuses to answer. How will he juggle his love for the woman he writes to and the deep attraction he feels to the new queen?
