IM DOING THIS FOR MY IRLS THATS IT.. you can read if you wanna but like. no promises itll make sense without needing to like. ask me smth directly or whateveerrrrr.
ANYWAY.Silas Blair, 17, has been missing since late October 2024.
Silas Blair, 17, never left, at least not in a way that most would recognise.
Silas Blair, 18, was accepted into Oxford University, despite lacking in any formal education on record.
Silas Blair, who was missing on the date of his 18th birthday. Who never got to send his university application anywhere, much less to Oxford. He knows where he is. Better than he should.
And while trying to navigate his way through an alternate reality 20 years behind his own, he has to find a way to prevent the Apocalypse that he only remembers from engaging with something that portrayed all of it as fiction, un-real.
But he's here. He's real. By extension, all of what he knows is real, too. What the hell, sure.

what it says on the tin!!! im horrible at doing any like. time sensitive or month-relevant oneshots. i still have 2/7 aro week oneshots rotting in my files... SO this will definitely extend past May....
ANYWAYS this is all linked to my main story based in TMA. it will work better with context but like. it should be fine with only the vaguest of Knowledge (hah) about the source material / my main fic.
I'm using a variety of YuMay prompts picked from about 3 different lists and about 2 different years - sourced in the opening note of each chapter!!Series

Summary
Luna and her friends grew up inside of an organisation where they had their souls - the very essences of their beings - were fused with the long-dead ghosts of beings only heard of in fairytales. This is their story, for the most part.
While Luna and co. are planning a way to escape from the place they've been trapped in their entire lives, Officer Mark Zimmerman has gone undercover to investigate a company with less than pleasant business practices, and as he would soon find out, much more is going on under the surface.
A puppet master, their puppets and the group trying to cut the strings

Summary
in 2069 AD, the region once known as the United States of America is a world of complex lore and political intrigue that our heroine doesn't really care about because she's too busy trying to find estrogen in the post-apocalyptic Midwest.

Summary
Sometimes, the most horrifying thing of all is what might have been.
Somewhere, Jon could swear he heard a crowd laughing.
Or: in which Jonathan Sims is forced to swap places with his alternate self – a tall, chivalrous hero extraordinaire, who knows neither fear nor nuance – and is sent to the aggressively straight alternate universe the Magnus Archives was never meant to be.
“Whatever place this is,” Jon announced, “I just want to be sure it knows I hate it.”
