    When Daenerys dies in his arms, all Jon can feel is the utter wrongness of it. He can't let her go; can't comprehend what happened. He can only sit there with her as Drogon's flames come down.
    When he wakes up in Castle Black, all he can think is that maybe it was that vision from the Lord of Light that Lady Melisandre has been asking about. Even if it was naught but his hell, he is determined to stop it from coming to life. His first step is to renew his oath; the second is to make sure Daenerys lives.

    Summary

    It's hard to maintain 100% when you're burning it out in your other life, but Spiderman can't be anything but 100% because people will die.

    Peter understands that this was the reason why he had to sacrifice his life in a way that wasn't dying. Sometimes he felt that way though.
