    “Baku—”
    “Keep talking, Halfie,” he sighed.
    Katsuki reached for his phone, ready to hang up when he heard breathing again.
    “I had cold soba for lunch.”

    Katsuki can't stop thinking about the conversation in the car and how much he wished he had shut up. With a fucked up sleep schedule due to the overthinking, he ends up dialing Shoto to fall asleep. Things develop from that.
