His features were handsome, one would be a jealous fool to deny that, but there was a delicacy to them Neji couldn’t help but notice. Deep black eyes filled with a mystery Neji could never hope to understand. Not in this lifetime.
“You’ve never requested to meet outside of Otogakure before,” Neji commented, finally breaking the silence between them. “Is there a reason?”
