The story takes place during and right after the fight with the denied who has gained airbending abilities from Taga. I was inspired to write this from that specific scene where Zuko catches Toph midair after she’s ripped from the earth by denied airbenders.

Zuko is put into an arranged marriage, and with no idea what to do, Azula takes matters into her own hands and sets Zuko up with a more than willing Toph.
Lots of hijinks. There will be straight smut. Azula is reformed and married to Ty Lee. Sokka and Suki break up somewhere between a time skip I have in here because Yui is resurrected (I'll have a fic for that later, maybe). Not 100% Avatar lore accurate, and with the new series coming it may be even more inaccurate.Nonetheless! Enjoy! I'll try to update when I can!

Zuko invited her parents to the palace because he somehow still hadn't met them, and Toph would occasionally appear wistful when speaking of family. He viscerally understood what it felt like to be rejected by the very people who were supposed to love you. What he didn't expect was Toph's reaction in the immediate aftermath.
