Summary
The easy-going Luffy runs an exploration YouTube channel with his friends. Only doing the odd job here or there to make enough money to support himself and his hobby while allowing himself to live freely.
Meanwhile, the meticulous Law works hard, spending most of his time either working or trying to find a way to get more money for the clinic he works at so they can continue to help the citizens of the improvised town the clinic resides in.
Neither one of them knowing the existence of the other, but after multiple close encounters over the years, the fates of Law and Luffy finally cross. And while the energetic adventurer is ready to say the meeting was fated, the somber surgeon would rather let their meeting be one of happenstance.

“Would you like to feed him?” The mother asked, taking the bottle and testing it on her wrist. The words didn’t register to him until she was pressing the baby into his arms. He held him on instinct, cradling him and taking the bottle.
The baby ate greedily. Sucking down the drink like he might not get another meal. The mother helped him hold the bottle in a way that it wouldn't choke him. His hands came up, one around the bottle and the other grabbing Bruce's thumb. He stared down amazed and slack jawed. He was wonderful. And he had lived such a difficult life so far.-
After a repeated call for a welfare check goes ignored Bruce arrives to find a baby crying all alone in need of care.
