Summary
After the events of season 2, Jayce and Viktor do not die. Instead, they are left unconscious atop the Hexgates, fully human. When enforcers find them, Viktor is tossed into the deepest cell in Stillwater to face justice for his crimes while Jayce is left to pick up the pieces. Caitlyn becomes an unlikely ally when the council deems Jayce unfit to judge Viktor's character. She decides to go in herself and figure out exactly what happened in order to give Viktor a fair chance at freedom and redemption.

Summary

His plans for a quiet life are interrupted by Bard and his family, who bring a joy that was long missing from his day to day. He finds himself growing comfortable with them: yet, he cannot forget why he came to Laketown in the first place
At first, the going is slow. But as Bard and his children grow closer to Thranduil and Legolas, he learns that there is more to both of them them that meets the eye, and that they might be on the run from something- or someone- far more terrible than what lurks in Mirkwood.

The ruins she stumbles across aren't in any textbook she's studied, the strangers she meets carry swords like it's normal, and none of them seem to understand what a phone is. Either she wandered a lot farther from campus than she thought — or she's about to spend the rest of her life pretending she hasn't read this book.
