Summary
Ryomen Sukuna is an ambitious young artist attending university when he first lays eyes on gorgeous and wealthy Gojo Satoru inside the National Portrait Gallery.
It is a meeting that feels like fate.
This marks the beginning of an affair, of an obsession, that will consume Sukuna, body and soul. But the more time he spends in Satoru’s house on the windswept heath, the more he realizes that things are not quite as they seem. Sinister shadows stalk the darkened corners and whispers can be heard from people, from rooms, that don’t exist. And Satoru’s own assistant is strangely devoted to Sukuna, ignoring Satoru altogether.
Then there is Satoru himself. Beautiful, enigmatic, provocative. Still wearing the ring from a dead long ago love whose presence looms over all.
Soon Sukuna will discover that the past cannot and will not be forgotten so easily.
And that he and Satoru are both haunted—and hunted—by more than mere ghosts…
*sequel to “The Nightmare and the Honored One,” partly inspired by Daphne du Maurier’s “Rebecca.”

Summary
"Enji never thought he’d be spending his Friday night at a large two-level all-ages bar in his early forties, waiting for some band to come on stage so they could make his work-related hearing loss worse. To be fair, there were a lot of things that had blindsided him in the last decade, and this was just icing on top of the triple-decker cake leaning precariously to one side. It was a small price to pay, his pound of flesh, to try and reconcile with his youngest child. Loud music be damned."
Alternatively: Enji chaperones his son & his friends at a concert, and instead of being miserable the whole time, starts talking to a very intriguing stranger. That night marks a change in the trajectory of his life and the life of the young blond guy who may or may not have been flirting with him.
Starring Hero Academy the Punk Pop Band no one asked for, Todoroki Family Drama, and Keigo's Horrible Childhood.
