Izuku stopped dead in his tracks when one of the physicians cut him off. He should have stopped because it’s crass to cut him off, but instead, he stopped because the man had used the King’s title for Izuku. A title that would only be offered him if he were King himself - which happened automatically once-

OR: Izuku is crowned King following his father's death. He must fulfill his duty and take a Queen, see to his kingdom's prosperity, and fight off constant threats on his and his family's lives, with the help of his loyal subjects. Summary
A misfit in his centaur village, Izuku often hides in the woods and spends his time picking medicinal herbs and wandering around alone. He doesn't fit in with anyone since he hasn't presented his second gender yet. Once he does, he'll be assigned a role in the herd. But until then, he's left to his own devices out in the wilds - killing time and remembering the happier days of his youth playing with the other foals.
One day, his body starts to overheat and produce slick. But that doesn't make any sense, because in the world of centaurs, only females can be omegas.
