Summary
Reigen clicked the waiting PNG attached to the email from his mother: A poster of a job offer (nothing new, she did this often). A firewatch tower stood tall in the center, backing a sunset. It described a job out in the Shoshone, watching for fires for three months in the summer. Complete solitude.
Best yet, the pay actually looked decent.
The chair creaked as he leaned back, eyes going to the ceiling. He couldn’t even humour the thought, could he? He had Spirits and Such to take care of, Mob to watch, a brigade of kids who had nothing better to do than hang around the office. Oh, and surely you can’t forget his army of friends who would miss him if he left, right?
… Right?
His smile, even if only for a moment, faltered. The ceiling stared back._______________________
Or, when Reigen gets an email from his mother of a job posting for a fire lookout position, he chalks it up to her being disappointed in him yet again. He takes the job anyway and is confronted with a whole new set of issues: like the lookout across the canyon, Serizawa Katsuya.

Summary
Reigen had always prided himself in saying yes to whatever job was offered–be it spiritual massages or on-sight exorcisms, he was a thorough medium. But the position did come with its challenges, odd requests were one of them.
“You want me to exorcise your video game console?”
OR: Reigen gets hired to exorcise a console that’s supposedly cursed–the client is unable to progress past the first stage of a mmo due to what Reigen believes to be a glitch so he decides to try and play the game on a new account on the console to see if he can figure out the issue. He runs into an elusive top player in Japan (serizawa) and asks for his help unknowingly. Serizawa has poor social skills in real life as well as in games..This occurs roughly during season 1-2 but Serizawa was never picked up by CLAW.

Summary
His skin is crisp and cold over his crinkly clothes. His injured side, clutched loosely with a hand, is damp with blood. Sticky-wet and seeping through the fabric of his ill-fitting suit.
Serizawa hasn’t spoken a word since they left the scene.
OR
Where Reigen has a tendency to throw himself into danger, and Serizawa has had just about enough.

Summary
Recently Reigen noticed his usual spiels have been continuously losing their effect when it came to Serizawa. Working with someone that isn’t oblivious to his lies puts him on edge. He isn’t sure if his coworker is only days away from finding out, or worse, if he has already realized he is working for a fraud.
And if Serizawa knows he is being lied to, then why didn't he quit yet?
