  Experiment 24 had only ever known her lab. She had assumed that was all she would ever know. Until her guardian, Dr. Carter, makes a mistake that leads them to be discovered. Now Experiment 24 is learning everything she hadn’t known before with the help of her new (adopted) brothers and father. For a while, things are normal. Then Dr. Carter escapes from jail, now on the run and looking for Experiment 24. But kidnapping a child and being safe with a kidnapper on the loose are harder said than done. As Experiment 24 continues life with an axe over her head, will she find out exactly why Dr. Carter wants her so bad? Or is she always going to live in unknowing? And how is her new family involved with her old one?
