“Timbo.” Jason said. “Timberlina. Drake. Drakey-Boy.”
Glancing around, Jason saw that they were still alone in the garden. He chewed on his lip a little, waiting for Tim’s attention to suddenly snap to Jason, but it didn’t.
Jason kneeled down in front of Tim, trying one more time to wave a hand in front of his face.
“Tim.” Jason said a little louder. “Tim, can you hear me?”
When there was still no response, Jason took Tim’s hands into his own.
They were stone cold.
