Summary
Shinsou Hitoshi, self-proclaimed workaholic and proud of it. He doesn't have time for fun or relationships, never takes a vacation, and is speeding toward a future consisting only of him and a half dozen cats. Which he's mostly okay with; his dads and sister are not.
They intervene and send him on an Under-30's Travel Adventure for a week in Italy to "experience life", whatever that means. Then he meets Kaminari Denki. Loud, bright, waaaay too cheerful -and somehow irresistible.

Omega Izuku kills an alpha in self-defense after he's attacked and violated, and he needs a lawyer big time. But in a society where alphas are more important than anyone else, is he going to be able to find one who will take him seriously? In comes alpha lawyer Shouto who understands that this client is going to be a delicate situation since Izuku flinches every time Shouto so much as breathes. They'll need to work together.

“Y-yeah?”
“… Didn’t you get a paycheck from Nighteye?”
“Oh,” Izuku blinked, “Nighteye didn’t pay me.”

It’s sort of funny, in a way. That Nighteye’s treatment of Izuku only comes up after he’s already dead. After it’s already over and Izuku’s already moved on.
And he has, for the record. Moved on.
Honestly, he’d much prefer it if people stopped pretending like this was a big deal.
