Dog is trying to be good enough for Bird, but Bird doesn't want her back. They just want her to be happy and for both of them to be able to move on. Dog just can't understand that she is still good enough, but that Bird doesn't want her romantically anymore. They're both trying to be good enough, but one isn't in love anymore.
OR I absolutely loved this album/song, and I needed to write a fic about it. Each chapter is a different song.

Summary
