“Name’s Cassidy. Cole Cassidy.” Hanzo almost missed the outstretched hand, gripping it a bit too tight when he snapped himself out of his burning daze - how could a person sound like that? “That quick-smart brother o’ yours told us a lot about you. Apparently you’re one hell of a shot, Robin Hood.”
“Shimada Hanzo. You will do well to remember it.” He kept his voice low and bitter, pulling his hand back by his side. “I do hope my brother has not exaggerated my prowess.”
“Guess we’ll just have to find out at the range, sugar.” Cole drawled then tipped his hat to Hanzo and Winston, grabbed his ochre coffee cup covered in little cartoon cacti, and strode from the room with all the obnoxious swagger of a man so cocksure he likely thought with it more than his brain. Hanzo huffed and rolled his shoulders, trying to brush off the man’s presence. Alas, it wouldn’t be so easy.
