"Sasuke, stop." Naruto falls back against the floor with a whine. "Why are you so angry, baby? I thought you'd be happier to see me come home."
"You're late. I’m hungry. Menma needs to take a bath and go to sleep." Naruto's hand finds it way to Sasuke's thigh, heavy and warm. Sasuke inhales deeply, listening to the soft sounds of their child feeding. "You were gone all day."
Naruto squeezes his thigh, thumb rubbing a gentle circle into the flesh. "I told you I'd be busy this morning, baby. I’m sorry. Chunin Exams are coming up, and Shikamaru has me working like a dog. I had to practically beg him to come home when I did."
"I don't care."
"Mmh, I know, baby. So dramatic." Sasuke can hear the smile in Naruto's voice. "How can I make it up to you and Menma?"

Sasuke looked at the hat. Then he looked at Naruto, at the dust on his collar and the faint line across his forehead where the brim had sat, and made a decision.
“Inside,” he said. “Now.”
Naruto blinked. “What?”
“Go inside, Naruto.”
“Okay, but did I miss—”
“Bedroom,” Sasuke said, and put the hat firmly back on Naruto’s head. “Leave this on.”
Or, Sasuke goes to surprise his cowboy boyfriend at his show, does not get jealous of the new damsel in distress, but decides to remind Naruto exactly who he goes home to anyway.

Summary
Peter Parker was not normal. That was a fact he had lived with for as long as he could remember. His parents were geneticists working first for Oscorp, and then later, SHIELD, married to each other and to their work with no time for anything else. He was unplanned and, as far as he knew, unwanted.
Oscorp, at the time of his birth, was conducting illegal experiments on animals and people alike. They were trying to replicate the super soldier serum, or so Peter had been told when he was old enough to understand. His parents, wildly irresponsible with a baby they didn’t really want, had brought him to the lab.
