    “Shanks Im in love with him.” Buggy repeated to the red head with beautifully dazed eyes and a soft stare as if he’s seeing something special in front of him.

    If Shanks was a little more sober he would’ve noticed that difference in tone. And if Buggy happened to be a little more sober and perhaps less distracted by the other captain, he might see all the people passing out left and right because of someone’s conquerors Haki.

    Or,

    Shanks and Buggy are too drunk to understand.
