Summary
“I think,” and Gyuvin has to give Seungeon a glare, which doesn’t make him very intimidating paired with his red ears, “you’re being silly.”
“I didn’t ask you.”
“Take it from me: I’ve been Ricky’s guide for the last who-knows-how-many-years,” no, Gyuvin, not something to be jealous over, stop right now, “and you’ve unlocked different facial expressions for him. Like I’ve never seen him cheesing so hard while getting smacked by a laughing giant.”
Of course Gyuvin has to smack him after that because he might be tall but he’s not a giant.
“Yah, but I’m right!”
They spend a few minutes going back and forth: Gyuvin trying to silence Seungeon from saying anything else that Gyuvin’s humility and innocence deny and Seungeon trying to speak his truth.
“You should just try the classic strat: ask him what you guys are and you’re guaranteed to get a clear answer. Like if he’s so “not into you” like you think, he’ll just ask to get a different guide, no biggie— Ow!”
Or: Gyuvin becomes employed but then his coworker that's supposed to show him the ropes disappears on him, leaving Gyuvin with one of the espers he was in charge of — Shen Ricky.

Summary
The guide begins to rock back and forth on it, rising up on his knees to angle it where he wants. Soft whines fall from his lips and Gunwook tilts his head, lips following the column of his neck up to his mouth.
A hand covers his lips, pushing his head back gently. “I don’t do kisses.”
It was a moment of realization for Gunwook: he was really about to have sex with someone who was very much a stranger to him and very much not an actual angel like he thought he was hallucinating. Regardless of how intimate their actions were, at the end of the day they were just… coworkers at best.
