Summary
The Key of Light was attacked by the Celestial Worthy, and it wanted revenge. Using its symbolism as the Fate of the Original Creator, it cursed one of the major personas of the Original Creator, the Celestial Worthy.
With that, it cursed the Celestial Worthy to fail, no matter how perfect the plan is, no matter how much the Celestial Worthy uses 'His' own symbolism; fate itself can only see 'Him' fail.
So when 'He' Grafts the curtain to Klein Moretti, Klein's accommodation succeeds, and the Celestial Worthy fails to awaken, no matter how improbable it was.When Fate has so much beef with the Celestial Worthy that it decides to bless Zhou Mingrui to be able to accommodate the Sequence 1 Attendant of Mysteries, a characteristic free of most issues.
