Summary
Percy Jackson is a troubled kid in a lot of ways. But most prominently, they are a demigod - and that tends to invite trouble.
A war is stirring, but the sides aren't as cut and dry as they're led to believe - nor will it be something they can resolve on their own. They'll be forced to withstand loss, betrayal, grief, and tragedy, with only faint glimmers of hope to hold onto and a family they'll build brick by brick to keep them going.

Summary
Thalia's Tree has been poisoned. Chiron has been replaced by an ex-con from Tartarus. Camp has become compromised and Percy's new home is in more danger than ever.
