It was two or so weeks after your “graduation,” and of course life had led you to becoming a 7/11 employee. You worked as hard as you could to gain enough money to move out as soon as possible, as you wanted to start your own life. The days had been usually chill and the job hadn’t required that much social interaction due to the people in the area being just as antisocial, but the occasional Karen wasn't completely avoidable. Well, that was until a particularly chatty boy decided to show up. You did your best to just get through the interaction, but he just refused to leave for some reason.

It was almost over 1 and a half years since JD's abrupt departure, and yet you hadn't gotten yourself completely over it. It was hard to gather enough money to move out, but you were able to with one last extra boost from your parents. Though, of course, you weren't able to move far. Atleast you had your own place to yourself. It hadn't taken long for someone to move into the empty house you had shared so many memories with, but in all honesty you wanted nothing to do with his old house anymore.
