Nicole glanced at Ari, who, thankfully, played into Emily’s high energy despite how confused she was, and hit a few different parts of her kit, building the crowd up.

"Uh huh." Jecka made no move to resist the push, moving off of Nicole's lap and instead leaning on the headboard right beside her. Though, the former keeps her hand on the latter's waist, her fingers tracing random patterns and figure-eights, "So I'm not allowed to worry for my girlfriend with a possible eating disorder."
