Since his fight with Midoriya at Ground Beta, Bakugou felt a sense of relief from the situation, but he himself wouldn't accept the fact that he did, all from Midoriya. Emotions were received head on but he started to avoid the greenette after that. Sure, the occasional small talk but that was it. He was still confused about Deku's feelings, on why he still followed him, despite his crude behavior towards him, on why he never left his side, why does he honor him so much, and left in question, why does Katsuki care so much? Will be in Katsuki's and Izuku's POV, you will know by the wording. Warnings include Mentions Of Suicide, Strong Language, and maybe Sexual Events that will happen throughout the fanfiction. He merely nodded at the warning, the reminder to behave, and closed the door shut behind him, watching as she drove away, leaving him to fend for himself despite the anxious scent permeating the air around him ever since he’d first presented.
But now that he was sitting in the bland waiting room, fiddling with his fingers and staring at the white walls as he waited for his name to be called, he almost wished she was there, just to tell him what the hell he was to expect when he went inside, to grip his arm and ground him into reality.

A cakeverse fic under the guide of Katsuki’s journal/diary as he recounts how he and Izuku fell in love (and in bed) together. There’s little love letters to Izuku between the story as if trying to make him (or us) understand how they ended up in this situation and why he's so eager to ask him to give into his desires.
Katsuki knows Izuku is a fork and has been helping him feed himself for the past few years or so of their relationship in secret, but seeing him feast on others and get that desperate look in his eyes makes him desperate to be the cake clasped between his large scarred hands and devoured himself.
For his birthday he asks Izuku to give into temptation, to make love to him, devour him and give in just once because he wants to be wanted in that way. Desired that deeply. He wants that to be his gift.

“Katsuki.” He nudged him gently, just enough so he could lay above the covers and wrap one of his arms around Katsuki’s waist, pulling him in close to his chest as his other arm slid beneath him, so he could reach for his hands. So he could hold both of his cold hands against the warmth of his own calloused palm. Pressing a kiss behind his ear, nudging his nose against his soft hair, inhaling softly, Izuku whispered. “I promise you I’m not mad, I just want us to talk about this some more. I want to understand.”
“It’ll make you sick.”
“No it won’t, nothing about you disgusts me. I love you.” He said it in such a soft, tender way that was so trusting and reverent that Katsuki just felt that much worse. Because he said it in a way that meant even if he said something concerning or uncouth, Izuku already seemed to have no qualms about it. He only squeezed his hand reassuringly, kissing his shoulder and murmuring. “Talk to me, please. I want to understand. What did you mean by what you said, you wanted me to use you?”
“Something like that.”
Or when Katsuki has a little fantasy that's been playing in the back of his head for years now, and Izuku tries his best to indulge him.
