Being forced to attend the boring Sinsmas party by Charlie and her pathetic little puppy dog eyes was bad enough for Alastor, but then everybody seemed to get it in their head that he should be taking advantage of the mistletoe hanging over one of the doorways. Him? Kissing someone? Hah!
Though when he did finally end up standing beneath it, it didn't seem quite so bad. No, not bad at all.

Alastor had been acting a bit strange the past few days.
Any time Lucifer mentioned his plans to plant his new carnivorous tulip seeds in the plot he had set aside in the garden, he was met with a strange resistance.
So, color Lucifer surprised when he caught Alastor sneaking into their bedroom, his pants caked with dirt at the knees and a shifty expression on his smiling face.
