Summary
Hatake Kakashi has been pulled off of ANBU duty to become a jonin teacher. In effort to keep himself at least somewhat entertained as well as to prevent from having to put too much effort into training his genin, he informs them that a jutsu he made up on the spot is too difficult for them to preform and has them practice until he deems them ready. Meanwhile, Team 7 begins taking after Kakashi, and that includes being interested in this jutsu of his as well.
AKA: Kakashi ends up training his team by trying to not train them, the Leaf Village is convinced Kakashi's making mini-Kakashis out of his students, and enemy nin become scarred for life.

My own interpretation of what 'One Piece' could actually be and how Luffy would use it.
After all, Luffy's biggest wish would be to seal the seas with his Nakama, until all their dreams are accomplished.I use my One Piece to go back, with all my Nakama, and our memories; to be able to save Ace and sail the seas together with, and until all the dreams of, my Nakama are fulfilled.

Summary
Tobirama has always done her best to not just be seen as an omega. Sure, she was also a prime omega, but that wasn't what she wanted people to praise her for. She wanted to be recognized for her intelligence and skill in combat, especially against the Uchiha. Yes, the war had ended five years ago, but in her heart, they would always remain her enemies. She always assumed they hated her as much as she hated them. But Madara and Izuna prove to her how wrong she is in the only way an Uchiha can show their feelings.
