Summary
The Boston Raiders have spent months calling Shane Hollander Mom and Ilya Rozanov Dad.
It was supposed to be a joke.
Until one of their youngest rookies gets into a car accident during the off-season, and Shane gets a call from the hospital informing him that he and Ilya are the only emergency contacts on file.
Apparently, somewhere between home-cooked meals, life lessons, terrible advice, and always showing up when their boys need them, Mom and Dad stopped being a joke.
Because when something goes wrong, the Raiders already know exactly who to call.

Summary
Cliff Marleau was a lot of things. A pretty decent hockey player. His mother's favorite son (her only son, but who's counting?). A testament to the saying "C's get degrees". Surprisingly talented with a pair of knitting needles. Unsurprisingly hopeless in the kitchen. A good alternate captain. A great friend.
