Summary: A/B/O AU – There was never really an issue with Dean presenting as an Alpha. If anything, John saw it as a good thing. At least he did until Sam presented as an Omega. When the thirteen-year-old fell into his first heat, Dean lost control, going absolutely feral over the smell of virgin Sam’s slick. John was able to hold his eldest son back, to prevent him from mounting and taking his youngest. But every time Sam experiences a heat, Alpha Dean has the same animalistic reaction. Three years on, Sam now freshly sixteen and Dean twenty, the next heat hits. Both John’s boys sound so desperate for each other, so miserable. Dean growls. Sam whimpers. John barely contains a sob as he finally gives up and lets Dean claim his Omega.
