Chapter 1: Prologue

Chapter Text

New York: Manhattan. September 30th. 11:00PM

“What’s the password?” Came the voice on the other side of the grimy metal door.

“Let me in dumbass.” Was the response.

The door creaked open and a woman dressed in a pinstriped suit walked in. Several other women surrounded a wooden table. The X-men Mutants, Storm, Jean Grey and Rogue all eyed the woman carefully. A young woman with blonde hair, dressed in her own unique superhero outfit sat boredly at the table, twirling a pen between her fingers. In the corner of the room a young woman with red hair was tied to a chair.

“Do I even want to know?” The well-dressed woman asked, referring to the red-head.

“No. Thanks for being an hour late by the way.” Felicia said, slamming the door shut as she walked up to the table.

On said table was a calendar for the month of October, with several stickers off to the side representing each girl. On the first of October was a sticker of a cat and a sticker of a spider. There was one of a rain cloud, one of a farm girl and one of an arm doing a bicep curl.

“I still don’t see why I only get one day.” Jean complained, crossing her arms in a huff, “Storm doesn’t even like Peter and Rogue already has a boyfriend!”

“And you’ve got Wolverine and Cyclops drooling down your thighs,” Rogue countered, “Petey’s tough, but he ain’t that tough.”

“Unless he gets the symbiote suit.” Gwen boredly added, “Although I’ve heard conflicting results.”

The well-dressed woman, Jennifer Walters rolled her eyes and pulled up a seat. She looked over the calendar further then sneered at two particular dates.

“I only get two days?” She complained, “And they’re so far apart, that’s not fair!”

“You have a real job,” Felecia reminded her, pulling up the chair next to her, “besides some of these we have to share. Like I have to share three of my days with the other girls.”

“Three of six,” Jean cut in, staring daggers at the white haired woman, “how generous of you to give yourself the most amount of days.”

Felecia shrugged and tossed her hair dismissively, “Hey I have more free time than the rest of you. Plus, he actually likes me. Also, Rogue has six days as well.”

The women turned their attention to the green and yellow clad woman who shrugged like it was no big deal.

“I’m actually nice to Petey.” She argued, “Maybe if you gals remembered how hard he works he might be up to hanging out with y’all more.”

“Well, I still don’t see what me having a job has to do with only getting two days.” Jen complained, “Especially when they’re eighteen days apart.”

“I only got two days as well.” Gwen interjected, “And I have to share one with fat ass over here.”

She jutted her chin over to Felcia, whose eyes narrowed and lips pursed. She was not too keen on the insult levied her way.

“You have something to say little girl?” Felcia said in measured tone.

“Yeah.” Gwen said standing up, “Its bullshit that I have to share days with you guys. I deserve a one on one.”

“You and the spider-cult deserve shit.” Black cat countered, standing up and pressing her large breasts against Gwen’s, “You said it yourself, October is a busy month for you guys. So, if you want more days, get a lighter schedule.” She turned to Walters and leaned over her head, “As for you, you get two days to yourself. Quit whining.”

Jen smiled and leaned back, completely amused at the one person without powers trying to dominate the room, “How generous. And here I thought cats hated sharing.”

“I’m sorry don’t I get a say in any of this?” Mary Jane spoke up, alerting the unamused gaze of the room, “He’s my boyfriend!”

“No, you don’t.” Felica answered, “Now shut up you fucking cuck.”

The girls went back to arguing over dates and who gets what. They argued over restaurants, and whatever things they wanted to try with Peter. They still had at least ten open days left unclaimed. MJ sighed and lowered her head in defeat. Despite the animosity, Felecia gave her and Peter four days together. Granted she had to share two of them and they were spaced pretty far apart.

“It’s gonna be a long month for you tiger.”
