Summary
Proud Immortal Demon Way had been, originally, a tragedy. Luo Binghe, his beloved protagonist, despite his massive harem by the end of the story, was always meant to end up alone in spirit if nothing else. At every turn he was beaten down and betrayed by those who should have helped him, the same as his Shizun, the same as his author. But bills and an empty stomach had meant catering to the fans who wanted more girls, more action, more more more until his story was a decrepit shadow of what he’d planned.
And that meant that his novel, despite the horrific ending of most of the cast… was a porn novel.
And porn novels ran on porn logic.

Shang Qinghua realizes the one thing that can defeat the Protagonist: porn logic. In a last-chance bid to avert the oncoming trainwreck the plot demands, he makes a plan to distract Luo Binghe with the perfect wife: Shen Qingqiu. Thus begins an arms race as Shang Qinghua plots to catch the scum villain and the protagonist up in wife plots for the good of the sect (and his head), while Shen Qingqiu does everything in his power to escape with his virtue (and his secrets) intact.
