Summary
Hermione accidentally crawls out of an Irish bog in 1946. Determined not to alter the timeline, she heads for Hogwarts, where a young Albus Dumbledore decides she'd do best to replace Professor Binns. Since Hogwarts is apparently in the business of hiring astonishingly young professors now, Armando Dippet is more than happy to hand the newly vacated Defense Against the Dark Arts post to one Tom Riddle. Surely this won't disrupt the timeline?
OR: a loose retelling of the myth of Eros & Psyche (Give or take a Horocrux.)
